Before: pywire.dev has no roadmap. Visitors can't see where pywire is heading, what has already shipped, or what 1.0 means.

After: a new /roadmap page, linked from the header and the footer. It shows the principles that guide pywire, an "Already shipped" strip that links into the docs, Now / Next / Later lanes with each item linked to its issue, PR or discussion, a "What 1.0 means" checklist, a note on how pywire gets built, and links to Discussions, Ko-fi and GitHub Sponsors.

The content comes from the roadmap worked out with Reece and was revised after an adversarial review. Per Reece, the page should go live only after the in-flight PRs it describes (edge stateless mode, the benchmark fixes, the add-ons) have landed, so this stays a draft until then.

How: a single Astro page, site/src/pages/roadmap.astro, on DefaultLayout and the site's existing tokens. Its styles are page-scoped under .roadmap-page. Light-mode accent text, buttons and focus rings use a darker wire shade (oklch 48%) so they pass WCAG AA contrast. The pulsing "Now" node respects prefers-reduced-motion. pnpm check (prettier, eslint, tsc) passes. pnpm build can't run in the cloud container because the starter's blog fetch is blocked, so I checked the page on astro dev in light and dark instead.

Drop the metaphor headline and eyebrow stacks, use plain nouns for card
titles, and cut filler from the principles and card bodies.
