Integrate PyAutoInsight inference organ across Brain surfaces

Part of PyAutoLabs/PyAutoInsight#1: register Insight after Pulse and integrate the inference campaign/evidence organ into canonical Brain docs, routing, board/theme, and workspace root detection. Scientific conclusions remain in Cortex; implementation lifecycle/claims remain in Mind. No new conductor.

Validation: full Brain suite 1176 passed; canonical generator/firewall and discovery gates pass. Companion Mind branch uses Brain-ref: feature/insight-integration. Public/organ counterparts are coordinated through Insight#1.

User authorized end-to-end implementation and explicitly overrode entry Heart RED: "I authorize on red and repo made, continue". This does not bypass branch CI or shipping gates; no release performed. Exact overridden entry reasons:
