Integrate Insight organ identity and adapters

Part of PyAutoLabs/PyAutoInsight#1, the end-to-end inference organ birth. Register Insight immediately after Pulse and update applicable canonical adapters/public surfaces. Canonical generated blocks came from PyAutoMind/repos.yaml using repos_sync.py. Project execution and raw samples remain project-owned, Cortex retains scientific conclusions, and Mind retains bounded implementation lifecycle/claims.

Validation: Full suite: 208 passed, 1 skipped. Canonical generator, tenant firewall and checked-out adapter checks passed. Companion canonical changes: PyAutoLabs/PyAutoBrain#460 and the Mind integration under Insight#1. No workflow or approval gates are removed.

User explicitly authorized proceeding despite entry Heart RED: "I authorize on red and repo made, continue". Override is scoped to PyAutoInsight#1 development; branch CI and shipping gates remain in force. No release performed. Exact overridden entry reasons:
