feat: integrate Ears published evidence and organ identity

Ears is now deployed, but Brain still ran its old bulk collector. This replaces that collection with a compatibility adapter over Ears' versioned public snapshot/state pair and adds the organ identity, board link and shared theme. Per-thread triage remains a read-only Brain judgement surface.

Stale, cached, unknown and unavailable observations remain explicit. Published URLs and public-source receipts are validated. No public replies or releases are performed.

Part of #455 and Mind community-organ-birth; companion identity PRs are recorded on the issue. Judge tier: human /prm, no auto-merge.

Validation: 1150 Brain tests; 619 Mind tests; shared-theme and adapter failure fixtures; Sphinx -W build without warnings; independent review CLEAN after excluded-only coverage and maintainer-casing fixes. Production Ears Pages run 37129202159 attempt 2 succeeded; live state contract and copy action verified. Existing deployed-main CI covers 390/1280px light/dark; local Chromium download was unavailable.

Heart remains RED. User's accepted whole-task development authorization ("Yes I authorise you to proceed for the whole task") continues with "I've sorted pages continue work". This authorizes development shipping only; no merge, release or failing-check bypass.
