Overview
Continue community-organ-birth after Brain #454 and Ears #2. The Ears Pages deployment now succeeds (run 37129202159 attempt 2) and its public state is readable. Integrate the organ identity and replace Brain's duplicate scan with a compatibility adapter over published Ears evidence.
Plan
- Register Ears in the canonical body map and propagate applicable generated organ identity surfaces.
- Keep /community triage as Brain judgement; make scan consume Ears public evidence with explicit stale, unknown and unavailable states.
- Wire the live Ears feed/dashboard into the cockpit without a second collector.
- Validate compatibility, malicious input handling, failed/stale feeds, generated maps, tests and responsive live rendering.

Detailed implementation plan
Primary repository: PyAutoBrain. Companion identity changes: PyAutoMind, PyAutoEars and applicable organ/public-front-door repositories. Use feature/ears-integration; standalone clones, clean main bases; no conflicting claims found in current Mind active.md.
Update Mind repos.yaml and repos_sync.py, Brain ORGANISM.md, root resolvers and policy. Regenerate identity maps with repos_sync.py --write and retain only intended identity diffs. Brain community scan adapts versioned Ears snapshot evidence; direct per-thread triage remains read-only. Board preserves existing commands and renders unknown/degraded observations explicitly. Update public cockpit registration only after live contract and responsive witness. Test offline fixtures and exact branch CI; no release or new background agent.

Merge order: Brain#456 first (all Python 3.12/3.13 and docs jobs green), then Ears#3 and identity/public-cockpit companions; rerun Mind#469's Tenant Firewall Gate and Dashboard Refresh after Brain main updates. Both current Mind failures are the old Brain main: stale generated Brain map, and dashboard/theme freshness against the old renderer. Do not bypass either check or merge Mind while red. All other triggered source workflows observed green (Brain, Ears incl Chromium, Heart, Hands, Nerves, Eyes, Pulse); some doc-only companions have no triggered workflows.
Validation: Brain 1150 / Mind 619 / Ears 22 / Heart 19 tests passed; Hands 7 passed, 1 skipped; cockpit Node 10 passed; Sphinx warnings zero. Independent review CLEAN after two regression fixes. Ears PR browser job passed 390/1280 light/dark and copy success/denial.
Known coverage limits: nested Discussion reply coverage partial; euclid_assistant source unavailable. Local Chromium download failed; cloud browser verified deployed UI/copy and actual PR browser CI passed. Aggregate local inventory sees absent unrelated repos; existing Memory catch_up discovery drift unchanged. Generated identity and safety adapters pass for task checkouts.
All 13 published branch file sets were hash-compared with tested local files and match. Local branch pointers deliberately remain on their initial bases with matching working changes: auto-review rejected bulk stage/reset housekeeping; read-only comparison completed safely. Resume from remote feature/ears-integration commits or preserve these matching local diffs; do not duplicate them. No source PR merged and no timer/waiter/release. Later programme phases remain unissued.
Heart remains RED. User's accepted whole-task development authorization ("Yes I authorise you to proceed for the whole task") continues with "I've sorted pages continue work". This authorizes development shipping only; no merge, release or failing-check bypass.
