Tech Lead AI / Senior Solution Architect. I design and scale GenAI and ML platforms — currently an on-premises Core AI Platform that connects multiple cloud providers and offers models as a service, with agent runtimes, model routing and MCP (Model Context Protocol) in the mix. Before that: cloud data/ML platforms, Java/Quarkus microservices, e-commerce, and a lot of Scrum and training of apprentices.
Software architecture (iSAQB), Scrum (PSM II, PSPO II), and a soft spot for things that run reliably at 3 a.m.
- Agentic engineering — building with and for AI agents: guardrails, skills, ops agents. I write about it on the blog: blog.weisser.dev
- agentic-skills — my growing collection of skills and subagent definitions for coding agents
- awesome-opencode — agents, skills and model configs for opencode
- opencode-remote-telegram — steer a coding agent from Telegram
- agentic-ai-workshop — interactive workshop on agentic AI systems (live)
- Homelab as a playground — one Proxmox host, Docker, Caddy, Cloudflare Tunnel, everything deployed from Git. On top of it a self-built dashboard with ops and CVE agents (read the story: I built my own Portainer — plus agents — in a single day with AI).
- Side projects — ScrumBuddy (planning and retrospectives for agile teams) and BlindGuess (a party-friendly estimation game).
- 🔐 OpenPasteBin — self-hostable pastebin with expiry, password protection and burn-after-read (live)
- 📰 my-digital-card — online business card, base64-encoded profile data
- 📄 responsive-resume-cv-react — a CV that looks good on the web, as PDF and in print
- AI: LLM gateways and routing, agents, MCP, evaluation, RAG
- Backend: Java / Quarkus ☕, Node.js 🟢, Python 🐍
- Frontend: React ⚛️, Vite ⚡, Angular
- Platform: Docker 🐳, Kubernetes ☸️, Terraform, CI/CD, AWS / GCP, Linux

Why so many animals in my projects? The dogs 🐶 Balu and Luna sit in the office next to me as official FeelGoodManagers, so they deserve a place in the projects, too. 🐱
