Hey, I'm Varun 👋

I work as an Applied AI Product and GTM Partnerships Lead at Meta, where I lead applied AI product strategy, product development, and GTM partnerships for global ads solutions across our agentic ads ecosystem — serving over 1 billion users worldwide.

Previously, I was an AI Builder and PM at Microsoft, working on Microsoft 365 Copilot Ecosystems, where I led Copilot extensibility efforts — helping ISVs and AI-native companies build agents, MCP servers, and plugins with the Microsoft 365 Agents SDK, OpenAI Apps SDK, and Microsoft Copilot Studio. I also drove the AI Natives workstream, partnering with the next generation of AI-native companies building on the Microsoft 365 Copilot platform.

Before that, I headed AI and GTM initiatives at Cisco Webex and Deloitte.

Currently building AI agent skills, evaluation frameworks, GTM engineering, and workflow playbooks for AI coding agents — and contributing them back to the open-source community.
