Describe the bug

Dashboard filters are being dropped

Regression Issue

• Select this option if this issue appears to be a regression.

Expected Behavior

Dashboard filters must be saved as they are part of the dashboard expected features

Current Behavior

filters are being dropped inmediately after being created

Reproduction Steps

• go to dashboards
• create/edit a dashboard
• try to set up a filter
