P2-07 将 SessionRegistry、模型切换适配器与依赖宿主的工具移到 session_host,并将 /init 提示词、LSP 状态文本和纯标题函数拆回各自模块。旧路径不留转发头,27 个源/测试文件的纯移动与 95 处 include 改写分别提交,便于逐项审查。
静态检查、OpenSpec strict、完整 pnpm test/build 已通过,分层违规 83 → 79。全新目录原生构建与四平台验证正在进行,验收记录见 openspec/changes/refactor20260927-restructure-src-layers/verification/P2-07-session-host.md;完成前保持草稿。
