按已有重构设计 D3 的提前 1–2 天公告约定,在 AGENTS.md 与 CLAUDE.md 同步登记 P3-02 候选冻结窗口:2026-09-29 06:00–18:00(Asia/Taipei)。
当前不冻结合入,也不提前实施或勾选 P3-02。进入窗口仍需 P2 全部验收与 P3-01 演练通过,否则顺延。公告明确冻结对象、从最新 master 重新生成及解除条件,保留现有工作区和旧分支。
验证:仅修改两份说明文档;git diff --check 通过。
