记录 P2-05 已经由 PR #81 合入并完成验收,认领 P2-06 的 hooks / skills 依赖拆分。按本系列约定,先将认领提交合入 master,再实施源码修改。
补充一项已核实的边界清理:终端探测仍有无用的 hooks 配置 include,实际进程类型均由 platform 提供,随 P2-06 清除该反向依赖。
仅修改 OpenSpec 任务记录,验证
