Recovered patients list not updated in Cluster in State View

Describe the bug
Recovered patients list that is updated in the home page is not reflected in the Cluster in State view

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to home page
2. Check the recovered patients numbers in State wise view
3. Go to cluster page & check the number of recovered list in State wise view
4. Both results are not matching

Expected behavior
The recovered patients list should be updated in cluster

Is this problem reproducible? I'm not seeing it on my end.
