When
spin runtriggers a fresh Meson configuration, its quiet build captures setup output and raisesRuntimeErrorwithout showing the underlying diagnostic. Print that captured output before raising when quiet setup fails. Successful quiet builds remain silent, and normal builds display errors once.Fixes #324.
Validation: seven focused tests pass on Python 3.12 and 3.14, and an actual Meson configuration failure displays its diagnostic on stderr without running the requested command. All configured pre-commit checks pass. The broader local run encountered transient disk errors and a stalled LLDB test; the disk-affected test passed on retry.
