have_drive_letter?andhave_file_perm?still matched Windows CE, Borland C and OS/2 (emx). Ruby dropped Windows CE in 1.9.1 and the other two in 2.3. Both helpers return the same values as before on mswin and mingw. After this,test/fileutils/test_fileutils.rbis identical to ruby/ruby.Generated with Claude Code
