Telnyx refuses a Call Control connection while the number's own
'always forward' is on ("You cannot use automatic call forwarding with a
Call Control ... number"). Status now reports the forwarding as calls going
elsewhere; Replace switches it off first and puts it back if the connection
change fails.

Replace failed on a number with Telnyx's own 'always forward' turned on: Telnyx refuses a Call Control connection while it is on. Status now says calls are forwarded (to which number); Replace switches forwarding off first and restores it if the connection change fails, so the number is never left answering nowhere. 2 new tests (237 total).
