[Bug]: Ctrl+A selects whole UI instead of text inside the response input/body area

Describe the bug

When the response/body text area is focused and I press Ctrl + A to select all text within the field, the application selects the entire UI elements (buttons, labels, headers, etc.) instead of limiting the selection to the active input box.

To reproduce

1. Go to the response/input section.
2. Click inside the text area to focus it.
3. Press Ctrl + A on the keyboard.
4. See error: All UI components on the screen get highlighted/selected instead of just the text inside the box.
