Add Partnering with KERNEL: pricing, billing, security and trust, enterprise

Summary

Third layer of the guides IA restructure (stack: #671 → #672 → #673 → #674). Adds the Partnering with KERNEL section.

• Plans and Pricing: limits move to Concurrency and Limits (Restructure How it works: Configure, Control, Scale, Observe, Manage #671) and are linked from here. The pricing calculator gains an Enterprise option that points to the KERNEL team, and plan names match the plan table. The FAQ leads with the most asked questions. A new "other ways to pay" section covers MPP.
• Billing: Spending Caps and Buy a Browser with MPP.
• Security and Trust: Security Practices, Shared Responsibility Model, Trust Center (new), Vulnerability Reporting, Bots and Agents.
• Enterprise: Overview (new), HIPAA (new), Zero Data Retention, Contact Sales (new). The overview lists every Enterprise-only feature and links to where it's documented.

Testing

• mint validate and mint broken-links pass on this branch.
• Pricing calculator checked in a browser: Enterprise shows the contact message, and GPU stays selectable on Enterprise.

Adds the Partnering with KERNEL guides section in docs.json, replacing the old “Working with your browser” / Bot Anti-Detection nav with grouped Plans and Billing, Security and Trust, Enterprise, and Support and Community, and moving pricing, spending caps, MPP, trust, bots, and enterprise topics out of the generic Info / Community lists.

New pages: info/enterprise, info/hipaa, info/trust-center, and info/contact-sales document Enterprise offerings, HIPAA/BAA, the trust center URL, and sales intake.

Pricing refresh: info/pricing drops inlined concurrency/rate-limit tables in favor of links to concurrency and limits (with anchor stubs preserved), adds an Other ways to pay MPP section, reorders FAQ, and trims copy. info/spending-caps updates its concurrency link to match.

Calculator & labels: snippets/calculator.jsx adds an Enterprise plan (custom pricing + contact sales), aligns plan names with the pricing table, and allows GPU on Enterprise. bots.mdx and security-vulnerability-reporting.mdx get updated titles/sidebar labels for the Security nav.
