Two commits on dev are mechanical and repository-wide, and neither is in the ignore list. The AI disclosure normalisation (#762, 158 files) is the second half of a pass whose first half (#740, 455 files) is already listed, so git blame looks through one and stops at the other. The version pass (#781, 212 files) is the same shape as the two release preparations already listed above it.

Both are now listed with their dates, subjects and file counts, in the format the file already uses.

Made ThreadX object names const-qualifiable behind an option (#761) is deliberately absent. It touches 135 files, but it changes behaviour, and the file's own rule is that size is not the criterion.

All thirteen revisions in the file resolve to commits, and git blame --ignore-revs-file accepts it.
