Summary

Changes the third_party/etoro-trading display name from eToro to lowercase etoro. The README title and install search step now use the same lowercase name. The version goes to 1.0.3, with a CHANGELOG entry.

The slug stays etoro-trading. The logo and the eToro mentions in the README prose are unchanged.

Updates the etoro-trading plugin marketplace label from eToro to lowercase etoro in plugin.json, bumps the version to 1.0.3, and documents the change in CHANGELOG.

Display name dropped required eToro casing

Lowercasing displayName to etoro violates the eToro Trading listing contract that the marketplace display stays eToro while the slug and MCP key remain etoro-trading. The lowercase label collides with the separate etoro docs plugin and undoes the vendor-requested eToro branding.
