Add an Edit action beside each saved test so its contents can be maintained without editing SQLite manually. The modal supports renaming, inspecting/editing question prompts and answer keys, adding/removing questions and options, changing question type, and editing marking guides, explanations, and source paths. Selecting several correct options creates a multiple-answer question.
Changes remain in a draft until Save changes; Cancel discards them. Validate the draft, update the name/count/mode in its saved configuration, and persist changes while retaining the test ID, creation date, and previous attempt answers/results. Restore the previous in-memory content when persistence fails. Editing is disabled during generation, taking, and grading.
Validation:
npm run checkpasses. Added SQLite tests for updates, preserved attempts, missing tests and failed writes, plus validation and DOM tests for option-index adjustment, save, cancellation and invalid drafts. Standalone TypeScript diagnostics were compared with upstream and are unchanged. Tested against LearnKit 1.8.1; interactive testing inside Obsidian has not been performed.
