After submitting a test, the results screen currently shows only a percentage and correctness label. Render the existing answer details directly in each result, including the question, submitted answer, correct answer or marking guide, and short-answer feedback. Add explanations and per-option labels distinguishing correct selections, incorrect selections, and missed correct answers. Save the comparison and explanation in the attempt snapshot so editing a test later does not alter these details.
Reuse the same detail renderer in the dedicated review screen. Also reserve the “Correct” status for full marks and avoid formatting multiple-choice answer lists as model-answer prose.
Validation:
npm run checkpasses. Added tests covering mixed correct/incorrect/missed selections, unanswered questions, single-answer questions, duplicate labels, and rendering answer details on the completion screen. Tested against LearnKit 1.8.1; interactive testing inside Obsidian has not been performed.
