[Bug]: Math not working in reviewer

Bug Description

Math is not working in questions in all flashcards types and also in cloze type anwsers.

Steps to Reproduce

Type math code inside a question in any flashcard type.
Type math inside an answer in cloze flashcard type.
I think the problem is a conflict with HTML because i cant use the following symbols: <> |

Expected Behavior

Math should be displayed in the reviewer.

@ctrlaltwill i think The issue stems from the plugin applying HTML escaping and structural parsing without respecting the boundaries of MathJax blocks.
