Brings upstream's italy_yaml and sandbox fixes (merged into main as 9bddd81): - 4f2c420 italy_yaml: fix loading of OutputOnly tasks - 60e36dd italy_yaml: replace logging.fatal with logging.critical - 29b33e6 italy_yaml: remove a python 2 compat hack - c76c40d remove /dev/shm sandbox rule (cms-dev#1722) - cc9dfaf italy_yaml fix loading datetimes Main's other commits were already on beta as cherry-picks. README.md and pyproject.toml conflicted only there and keep beta's side. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
