The runner image ships a stale package index, so apt-get install of the Docker Sandboxes .deb tried to fetch superseded gstreamer packages and got 404s from the Ubuntu mirror. The Package Sandbox Kit workflow failed because
apt-get installof the Docker Sandboxes.debused the stale package index of the runner image. The index referred to gstreamer packages that Ubuntu has replaced, and the mirror returned 404 for them.This change runs
