Reverts api-platform#8600 from 4.4: it changes the generated OpenAPI document, which must not ship in a patch release. fixes api-platform#8634

Reverts #8600 from 4.4: it changes the generated OpenAPI document (every filterless array query parameter gains a
key[]variant), which must not ship in a patch release, same as #8598. 5.x keeps it, with a guard againstkey[][]in #8636.On merge-up into 5.0, keep 5.0's
