Adds a deterministic WorkIt 1.0 sample and executable site lab for repeated agent tool calls. Six calls are requested, three are admitted, and budget ownership cancels the scope before the fourth tool body runs. The site exposes captured evidence, a local runtime runner, and an explicitly tested shareable deep link. This is a runtime-boundary demonstration, not a model-quality benchmark or provider integration. Local proof: sample assertion; Failure Lab 16/16; site contracts/routing 17/17; runtime smoke; typecheck; production build; security and article-link gates.
