CHANGE: Remove unsupported 6000.5 editor from CI settings - #2489
Merged
Merged
Conversation
6000.5 is no longer a supported editor stream (supported: 6000.0 LTS, 6000.3 LTS, 6000.6). It produced no jobs, but still had a PreviewAPV dependants-to-ignore entry. Removed it and regenerated the wrench jobs. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

💡 Harness Review
The change removes the 6000.5 preview APV exclusion from both the source settings and generated config. I checked that the remaining exclusions match and that the editor version cap is unchanged.

Description
Audited CI against the currently supported editor streams (6000.0 LTS, 6000.3 LTS, 6000.6). No generated job runs on any other editor: functional, performance, standalone, IL2CPP, mobile, validation, Preview APV and promotion jobs, plus
config.metadata, all target only 6000.0 / 6000.3 / 6000.6.The only stale reference was a 6000.5 entry in
DependantsToIgnoreInPreviewApvinTools/CI/Settings/InputSystemSettings.cs. It generated no jobs but was still written intowrench_config.json. This PR removes it and regenerates the wrench jobs.6000.7 references were intentionally left in place. It is already capped off by
MaximumEditorVersion = "6000.6"(#2482), with a note on how to bring it back.Testing status & QA
Tools/CI/regenerate.bat. Generation succeeded, and every job.ymlcame out identical. The only generated change is the 3-line removal in.yamato/wrench/wrench_config.json.Overall Product Risks

Packages/com.unity.package-manager-doctoolscloned (theDoctoolsInstallCmdinInputSystemSettings.cs, tag3.14.8-preview). That folder is gitignored, and without it the regenerated output drops thepackage_pack_-_package-manager-doctoolsjob.CHANGELOG.md: line 8: header must match regexPVP warning (## [Unreleased] - yyyy-mm-dd) is a known one. It is already exempted under PVP-40-1 in.yamato/wrench/pvp-exemptions.jsonand is not touched here.Checklist
