…ING_ORGANS, profiling conductor boundary (profiling-organ-birth phase 0, PyAutoMind#463) ORGANISM.md gains the Pulse row after Hands (the human-decided order: Brain, Mind, Cortex, Memory, Eyes, Heart, Hands, Pulse, Nerves, Gut) and the growth-rule paragraph names it the fourth capability to earn an organ, after the Nerves, the Cortex and the Eyes. docs: organism table, project-to-organ boundary link and instance-organ list; new docs/organs/pulse.md (modelled on eyes.md) + toctree after hands; organ counts nine -> ten in README and the docs index. SIBLING_ORGANS and bin/_pyauto_root.sh learn PyAutoPulse; clean_slate.sh records that the Pulse holds no datasets to wipe; WITNESS_EXEMPT holds PyAutoPulse until phase 2 lands tests. The profiling conductor AGENTS.md and the /profiling skill gain one paragraph each: the Pulse holds the cross-project view, `triage` stays the only judge.
