Summary

Heart's release verdict can be GREEN while advisory checks and missing evidence remain unresolved. Add health --scope dashboard to consume Heart's complete monitoring inventory and continue until that inventory is complete; the default release scope remains unchanged.

The Brain board labels monitoring separately from release readiness. Published vitals adopts the explicit release verdict, so a monitoring badge cannot change the release gate.

Supports PyAutoLabs/PyAutoHeart#267; companion producer: PyAutoLabs/PyAutoHeart#268. Merge this consumer update before the Heart producer update.

API Changes

Adds pyauto-brain health --scope dashboard [--json] [assess|triage|recommend]. This read-only path forwards Heart's inventory and remedies, reports absent/malformed evidence as incomplete, and never treats release GREEN as monitoring completion. No scientific library/workspace API changes.

Test Plan

  • Full Brain suite: 1141 passed.
  • Missing/malformed inventory, all monitoring statuses, contradictory completion, and release/monitoring badge separation tested.
  • End-to-end Heart JSON -> Brain dashboard scope: monitoring RED/42/incomplete while release remains GREEN.
  • Shell syntax, whitespace and tenant-firewall checks pass.

Removed

None.

Added

Dashboard scope for health; monitoring display on Brain's board.

Migration

Existing health calls retain release scope. Systematic dashboard repairs use pyauto-brain health --scope dashboard --json and require Heart's additive monitoring schema version 1. Older Heart boards report missing inventory until updated.
