Summary

Gut board, PR 1 of 3 (PyAutoGut#9 — merge first): the Gut joins the board family. Theme palette + mark, the boards: policy entry, and a ref_name(entry) helper on the condemned-ledger parser so the Gut board (and its void workflow) derive void names from the archive-ref field rather than the ## heading (they differ; hygiene's run_sweep still uses the heading — follow-up).

API Changes

  • board/_theme.py: ORGANS["gut"] (glow #8ad414 sampled off PyAutoGut/logo.png; ink_light #3f7a00 5.26:1 on white, ink_dark #8fe01a 11.58:1 on dark — computed) + MARKS["gut"].
  • config/policy.yaml board: boards: += gut: PyAutoGut (after hands, organ order).
  • agents/conductors/hygiene/_hygiene_condemned.py: ref_name(entry) -> str | None (tolerates backticks, @ sha, on <Repo> origin; None for n/a / backup paths / missing; batch globs returned as written). classify unchanged.
    See full details below.

Test Plan

  • pytest tests/test_board_theme.py tests/test_hygiene* -q — 114 passed (new: gut in family/readable/mark, every theme key is a declared board, 6 ref_name cases in new tests/test_hygiene_condemned.py)
  • pytest tests/test_board.py tests/test_board_degraded.py tests/test_policy_seams.py -q — 66 passed
  • Tenant firewall (organ code) OK on the worktree
Full API Changes (for automation & release notes)

Added

  • _theme.ORGANS["gut"], _theme.MARKS["gut"]; policy boards: gut; _hygiene_condemned.ref_name; tests/test_hygiene_condemned.py

Changed

  • two test_board_theme.py footer-order assertions now include gut

Removed

  • none

Heart YELLOW acknowledgement

Heart readiness is YELLOW (score 85, snapshot 2026-09-26T16:19:27+00:00). Verbatim reasons:

  • manifest drift: hub organism blurb (organs present) — 7 mismatch(es) vs PyAutoMind/repos.yaml
  • manifest drift: organism-map blocks (generated) — 1 mismatch(es) vs PyAutoMind/repos.yaml
  • manifest drift: workspace checkouts (manifest ↔ disk) — 1 mismatch(es) vs PyAutoMind/repos.yaml

All pre-existing organism-map drift, unrelated to this diff. Human acknowledgement (live, this session, 2026-09-26, for PyAutoGut#9): "continue" (given after the YELLOW reasons were shown) — development shipping + merge on green checks; no release

…ser (PyAutoGut#9)

- board/_theme.py: ORGANS["gut"] sampled off PyAutoGut/logo.png (glow
  #8ad414 over the #1f3006 olive vignette; ink #3f7a00 = 5.3:1 on #fff,
  #8fe01a = 11.6:1 on #0d1117) and MARKS["gut"], the lidded bin with speed
lines and the ringed-cross void badge.
- config/policy.yaml: `gut: PyAutoGut` in `board: boards:` (after hands, in
the ruled organ order), so every footer gains the Gut chip.
- _hygiene_condemned.py: ref_name(entry) reads the Gut ref name from the
`archive-ref` field (never the heading), None for n/a / non-ref entries,
batch globs kept for the caller. PyAutoGut's board and void workflow
import this parser from a checked-out Brain.
- tests: gut palette/contrast/mark, reverse palette-declared check, footer
  order pins updated; new tests/test_hygiene_condemned.py.
