For unknown reasons, the GotoBLAS xerbla has always been an int function that unconditionally returned 0, and all its internal callers ignored the return value. In the reference implementation, it has always been a subroutine, so no caller would expect a return value as from a function. Fixing this resolves the main source of argument mismatch errors in LTO and similar applications
