Summary

  • New SectionStack widget: collapsible sections, at most two open (the oldest closes), state saved in the widget settings, summary in the title of a collapsed section.
  • Steps 1, 2, 3 and the feature details panel use it. The "Source layers"/"Column" tabs of step 2 are replaced by sections above the column list, which is the main widget.
  • One scroll area for each page, at page level. BaseTab no longer has a scrollable mode, and the details panel has no scroll area of its own.
  • Step 4 problems list is one line with the list in a tooltip. The dock footer is one line with a tooltip.
  • The open-section rule is a plain class (section_limit.py) with unit tests.

Stacked on #138.

Test plan

  • tests/unit for the limiter, step checks and build plan
  • Manual check in QGIS at a window height of 700 px and 1080 px: main widget of each step at least 200 px, no scroll area inside a scroll area

Add a SectionStack widget that keeps at most two sections open, saves the
state, and shows a summary in the title of a collapsed section. Use it in
steps 1 to 3 and in the feature details panel. Each page has one scroll
area, at page level. The stratigraphic layers are a section of the column
page, the problems list of step 4 is one line, and the dock footer is one
line.
