…the release stamps The merged change stamped a variable that the ARC defaults did not define, so the release's prepare step failed and the role referenced an undefined ConfigMap name. A test now stamps a copy of the repository's files, so the script and the defaults cannot disagree.

Fixes the Release failure after #50: stamp_version.py stamps github_runner_arc_collection_version, which the ARC defaults did not define. Adds a test that stamps a copy of the files. Refs #49.
