Removes the stale .bandwidth @Bandwidth/band-swi CODEOWNERS rule, left over from an older Backstage create-repo/fork-repo template. The repo's global * rule already grants band-swi ownership, so this line is redundant. Co-Authored-By: Claude Sonnet 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
