Amethyst Software

Here is the work available so far, with a larger project coming soon.

Chat Log Converters

  • Export Adium Chatlogs — A shell script for converting chat logs belonging to the discontinued chat app Adium
  • Convert iChat Files — A C-based tool for converting chat logs belonging to the discontinued Apple app iChat

Shell Scripts

  • CommandScanner — Scans a shell script for commands that are not built into the shell
  • DiffScanner — A directory-diffing tool
  • EOL Manager — For when you need complete control over the newline format of a set of files
  • Media Manager — Wraps around ffmpeg to give you a powerful filter building tool for images and video
  • ScriptPicker — A CLI menu for running scripts which provides user assistance
  • ShellFinder — Find and mass-operate on files by their name or their content
  • TestSuite — A testing harness for shell scripts
  • Small scripts — About 50 misc. shell utilities, mostly in the area of file management
