Quick additional options: concatination and description

It would be nice to add a couple of quick additional options/chips that users could toggle for each download:

• Concatinate partially downloaded files - yt-dlp -c option (thus, a interrupted/cancelled download will resume at the point of interruption).
• Save the description to a file (--write-description)
